I have re-done the assignments completely, and thus anyone can take this class, even if you've taken it in the past.
This is a one term class, with all assignments having one due date: the end of the term, January 15/June 15, although you can turn them in any time you like. There will be 4 lessons and assignments, a project, and a final. If you have any questions about any of the lessons or assignments, feel free to send me an HOL message. I'm here to help, and I'd like everyone to enjoy the class.

Earning Points and Quills:
To pass the class, you MUST earn a total of 150 points from homework and/or extra credit for the entire term. You must also turn in the REQUIRED Permission Slip, located in Assignment 1.
Assignments should be sent to the class email ([email protected]). Please put your HOL name and House at the top of your emails. You are welcome to turn in the assignments at any point during the term.
All assignments are due on 15th January/June, at 11:59 pm HOL time. I cannot offer any extensions because it is the end of the Term.
Most movies have been rated by the American Motion Pictures Association, and this class will be using those ratings:
- Rated G: General audiences – All ages admitted
- Rated PG: Parental guidance suggested – Some material may not be suitable for children.
- Rated PG-13: Parents strongly cautioned – Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13.
- Rated R: Restricted – Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian.

pennyWISE Award - for members who score over 270 points for the class'
'Monstrous Art Award - for those who submit the most creative assignments'
'Horrific Wizard Award - for those who submit the final exam and project and manage to get at least 30 points for BOTH'
